With Open Box Delivery, you can check: the physical condition of the product, all accessories and items listed in "What's in the Box", and the product's power-on functionality. If you're not satisfied, you can reject the delivery on the spot and we'll process a full refund immediately — no questions asked.
This service is available in select cities and pin codes. During checkout, you'll be able to see whether Open Box Delivery is available for your location. There is no additional charge for this service.
