7-Day Easy Returns
At Quad Mart, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-Day Return Policy on all products (subject to conditions below).
Return Conditions: The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery. A valid reason must be provided: defective product, wrong item delivered, or significant cosmetic damage on arrival.
How to Initiate a Return: Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the order and click "Return Item". Fill in the reason and upload photos of the issue. Our team will review and approve the return within 24 hours. A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours of approval.
Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is initiated within 2 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account details you provide during the return process.
